What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

  1. Processing Time

    Within 1-3 business days after placing the order, it is checked, approved, and packed. Subsequently, the package is prepared for transport.

  2. Delivery Time

    Denmark: 5-10 business days.

    The shipping is handled by PostNord.

All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

The order can be followed via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number is not working

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still shows no information after several days, please contact our customer service.
